The Integrated Programme in Management Aptitude Test for IIM Rohtak, commonly known as IPMAT Rohtak, is an entrance exam conducted by IIM Rohtak for admission to its Five-Year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM). This program is designed for students who want to pursue management education directly after Class 12. IPMAT Rohtak evaluates a student’s aptitude, logical reasoning and verbal ability, followed by further selection rounds as per the institute’s admission process. The exam is an important option for students targeting undergraduate management education through IIM Rohtak.

Eligibility Criteria for IPMAT Rohtak

Candidates applying for the Five-Year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) at IIM Rohtak must appear for the IPMAT Rohtak exam.

Candidates must have a minimum of 60% marks in Class 10 and Class 12. For SC, ST and DAP/PwD category candidates, the minimum requirement is 55% marks.

The maximum age limit is 20 years for General, EWS and NC-OBC candidates. For SC and ST candidates, the maximum age limit is 25 years.

Students appearing for Class 12 can also apply, provided they complete the qualifying examination and meet the required percentage criteria within the timeline specified by IIM Rohtak.

Reservation is applicable as per Government of India norms.

Selection Procedure for IPMAT Rohtak

The selection process for IIM Rohtak IPM is conducted in multiple stages.

Stage 1: Online Registration
Candidates have to register online for the IPM programme through the official IIM Rohtak admission portal.

Stage 2: IPM Aptitude Test
Eligible candidates have to appear for the IPM Aptitude Test, commonly known as IPMAT Rohtak. The test checks the candidate’s quantitative ability, logical reasoning and verbal ability.

Stage 3: Personal Interview
Candidates are shortlisted for the Personal Interview based on their eligibility and IPMAT Rohtak score. In the interview, candidates are evaluated on academics, general awareness, communication skills and overall suitability for the programme.

Stage 4: Final Selection
The final merit list is prepared based on the composite score of the candidate.

Stage 5: Admission Offer
Selected candidates receive a provisional admission offer from IIM Rohtak. Admission is confirmed after payment of the offer acceptance amount, document verification and completion of all admission formalities
