About Us
KATEC (Kshirsagar’s Aptitude Training and Education Centre) is a Pune-based coaching institute focused on MBA Entrance Exams, BBA Entrance Exams, and Placement Training. Founded by Mr Amit Kshirsagar, an alumnus of SIBM Pune.
We provide comprehensive preparation for top MBA Entrance Exams, including CAT, SNAP, NMAT, MAH MBA CET, XAT, CMAT, MICAT, and others. For undergraduate aspirants, we offer coaching for leading BBA entrance exams, including IPMAT, JIPMAT, SET, NPAT, MAH BBA CET, CUET, and others.
KATEC also offers specialised Placement Training that covers Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, Verbal Ability, Resume Building, Group Discussions, and Personal Interviews, ensuring students are fully prepared for Campus Recruitment.

Founder of KATEC
The Founder of KATEC is Mr. Amit Kshirsagar. He is a Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune (SIBM Pune) Alumnus, one of the country’s Top-10 Business Schools. He founded KATEC in April 2023. Before this, he has 2 years of Teaching and Management Experience in the Education Sector at Proton – Unacademy, Pune, and Freelancing. Post MBA, he also has 2 years of Corporate Experience at L&T Infotech, Mumbai. He is a Computer Science engineer from one of the top colleges in Maharashtra, Sardar Patel Institute of Technology (SPIT), Mumbai. Along with this he has scored a 99%ile in all the MBA Entrance Exams like (CAT, SNAP, NMAT, MBA CET, CMAT, etc.) and cleared most of the Banking and Government Job Aptitude Exams as well like (SBI PO, IBPS PO, SSC, SBI Junior Associate, etc.)
