About Us
KATEC (Kshirsagar’s Aptitude Training and Education Centre) is a Pune-based coaching institute focused on MBA entrance exams, BBA entrance exams and aptitude/placement training. KATEC is a trusted choice for MBA BBA Entrance Coaching Pune, helping students prepare for aptitude-based exams and career readiness programs with clarity and confidence.
We provide preparation for major MBA entrance exams such as CAT, SNAP, NMAT, MAH MBA CET, XAT, CMAT and other management entrance exams. Additionally, we offer coaching for BBA entrance exams such as IPMAT, JIPMAT, SET, NPAT, MAH BBA CET, CUET and other undergraduate aptitude-based exams.
Along with entrance exam preparation, KATEC also provides placement training covering quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, data interpretation, verbal ability, resume building, group discussions and personal interviews. Founder of KATEC
Mr. Amit Kshirsagar, Founder of KATEC (Kshirsagar’s Aptitude Training and Education Centre), is an alumnus of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune (SIBM Pune) and a Computer Engineering graduate from Sardar Patel Institute of Technology (SPIT), Mumbai. He founded KATEC in April 2023 with the vision of helping students prepare strategically for MBA/BBA entrance exams, aptitude-based tests and career opportunities.
Before starting KATEC, he gained strong teaching and management experience in the education sector at Proton–Unacademy, Pune. Additionally, he has corporate experience with LTI Mindtree, Mumbai, which helps him bring a practical and industry-oriented approach to student mentoring.
He has scored 99%ile in major MBA entrance exams such as CAT, SNAP, NMAT, MBA CET and CMAT. Moreover, he has cleared leading banking and government aptitude exams such as SBI PO, IBPS PO, SSC and SBI Junior Associate. Through KATEC, his focus is on concept clarity, strategy, regular practice and confidence-building for entrance exams and placements.
