Aptitude and Soft Skills Training Program
Under this program, we provide training in Aptitude and Soft Skills for campus recruitment preparation.
The aptitude training covers Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation and Verbal Ability. This helps students improve their speed, accuracy and problem-solving skills for placement aptitude tests.
The soft skills training covers Resume Building, Group Discussions, Personal Interview Preparation and Communication Skills. Additionally, students are trained to present themselves confidently during the recruitment process.
Training can be conducted in classroom-based mode as well as online mode. Timely unit tests, practice sessions and feedback will also be conducted to monitor student performance.
Interviews and Group Discussions Program
Under this program, students are trained for Group Discussions, Personal Interviews and interview-based selection rounds required in placements, MBA admissions and other career opportunities.
In Group Discussion training, students learn how to initiate a discussion, present logical points, listen actively, respond to others and conclude effectively. Additionally, we conduct mock group discussions and give feedback on communication, confidence, leadership, teamwork and clarity of thought.
In Personal Interview training, students are guided on self-introduction, resume-based questions, HR questions, subject-related questions and current affairs-based questions. Mock interviews are also conducted to help students improve answer framing, body language and overall interview performance.
Students receive detailed feedback and areas of improvement after mock GDs and mock interviews. This helps them become more confident, polished and recruiter-ready.
‘Industry Experts’ Guest Sessions
Under this program, KATEC conducts guest sessions by industry experts from fields such as Finance, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, Supply Chain, Data Science, Analytics and Business Management.
These sessions help students understand real corporate expectations, industry trends, job roles and career opportunities. Additionally, students get practical insights on workplace skills, interview preparation, professional communication and career growth.
Our guest speakers may include experienced professionals, corporate trainers, domain experts and alumni from reputed MBA colleges. These sessions can be conducted in online mode as well as on-campus mode, depending on the requirement of the institute.
