The Joint Integrated Programme in Management Admission Test (JIPMAT) is a national-level entrance examination conducted for admission to the Five-Year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) offered by IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu. The exam is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on behalf of these institutes. JIPMAT is conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode and is meant for students who want to pursue management education directly after Class 12 through an integrated management programme.

Eligibility Criteria for JIPMAT

Candidates who wish to apply for the Five-Year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) at IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu must appear for the JIPMAT exam.

Candidates should have passed Class 12 / HSC or equivalent examination from a recognized board. Students appearing for Class 12 can also apply, provided they complete the qualifying examination within the timeline specified by the respective institute.

A minimum of 60% marks in Class 10 and Class 12 is required for General, EWS and NC-OBC category candidates. For SC, ST and PwD category candidates, the minimum requirement is 55% marks.

For admission to the IPM batch, institutes may also specify year-wise eligibility conditions for Class 10 and Class 12. Therefore, students should check the latest admission policy of IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu before applying.

Reservation is applicable as per Government of India norms.

Steps to apply:

  2. Click on the JIPMAT registration/application form link.
  3. Complete the registration using basic details such as name, mobile number, email ID and date of birth.
  4. Log in using the generated application number and password.
  5. Fill the online application form carefully with personal, academic, category and contact details.
  6. Upload the required documents such as photograph, signature and category certificate, if applicable.
  7. Pay the application fee online using debit card, credit card, net banking or UPI.
  8. Download and save the confirmation page for future reference.
