Under this, we provide Aptitude (Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, and Verbal Ability), and Soft Skills (Resume Building, Group Discussions, and Interview Preparation) Training for Campus Recruitment. This is available in Classroom-Based as well as Online Mode. Timely Unit Tests will also be conducted to Monitor Student Performance.
Under this, we provide Mock Group Discussions and Mock Interviews with Industry Experts who are Tier-1 (Top 20) MBA College Alumni (For e.g.: IIM Bangalore, IIM Calcutta, JBIMS Mumbai, SIBM Pune, IIM Lucknow, IIM Kozhikode, TISS Mumbai, SCMHRD Pune, IIM Mumbai (NITIE), IIM Trichy, IIM Ranchi, IRMA Anand etc.) with a minimum of 4 years of Corporate Experience at Top Companies. This will be available Online as well as In-Person. In Group Discussions we will check for the Students’ Communication Skills, Collaboration, Leadership, Problem Solving and Time Management Skills and Provide Inputs regarding the Dos and Don’ts for the same. Under Personal Interviews we will Scrutinize Resumes, Do Mock Interviews covering Question Types such as CV Based Questions, Subject Knowledge Questions, HR Questions, and Current Affairs Questions and will also Test students’ Communication Skills and Body Language during the same. For the Interviews, we will Provide Feedback and Areas of Improvement regarding the above Parameters and Evaluate and Provide A Score. If a student Scores Well in Any of the Interviews with Us, they will Receive a Certificate for the same.
